Public Procurement

The Firm provides legal support and representation of domestic and foreign participants in public procurement procedures carried out by public contracting authorities in the Republic of Croatia. This includes legal advice during the preparation of bids, analysis of tender documents, assistance when setting requests for clarification and amendment of tender documents, obtaining appropriate collateral, and representation in possible negotiation procedures and procedures for the protection of legal interests through submitting appropriate legal remedies.
