Dominik Mišević

Dominik Mišević is an associate in the Firm. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University in Zagreb in 2017 with magna cum laude. He was awarded with Rector’s award of the University in Zagreb in 2017, for joint scientific-research work. He passed the bar exam in 2020 with special honors. Since 2019, he has been an assistant and lecturer at the University of North, Department of Economics, in courses International Commercial Law and Commercial Law, and is attending postgraduate doctoral study of Commercial and corporate law at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. He is the co-author of a university textbook on intellectual property law, as well as several published scientific and expert articles in the field of civil and commercial law. His practice areas include: commercial law, company law, civil law, bankruptcy law, enforcement law, labor law and public procurement law. Dominik is also included in the list of arbitrators in proceedings with and without an international character before the arbitration court of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and elected as a replacement of a member of the Court of the Croatian Chamber of Nurses of the second degree.
