New member of BŠDS team - Rudolf Tomašinec We are extremely pleased to announce that we have strengthened our BŠDS team with another colleague - Rudolf Tomašinec. Rudolf graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb in 2022 and defended his thesis on the topic "Voidable decisions of the general assembly of joint-stock companies". In our team, Rudolf will be particularly focused on commercial law, company law, civil and labor law. We look forward to working together! Welcome Rudolf!
