BŠDS at the Consultation on Personal Data Protection – ‘5 years of GDPR implementation: problems, solutions, penalties and examples of good practice’

Our lawyer Mia Jajčinović participated in the Consultation on the General Data Protection Regulation, which marked a turning point in the field of personal data protection in the EU. We are glad that we could be a part of this conference, the aim of which was to warn all addressees of the Regulation that the deadline for adaptation has long passed and that lack of information and ignorance cannot be a justification and excuse for violating the basic principles of the Regulation, as well as to point out the latest trends and examples of good practices in the field of personal data protection.
