Goran Durmiš

Goran Durmiš is a Partner in the Firm. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Zagreb in 2002. Advising domestic and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions is Goran’s special professional interest. In addition, he advises clients in projects relating to company law and infrastructure projects.
